*Due to the class and type of linens we have for rent, THERE IS A MANDATORY 20% SECURITY DEPOSIT FOR COUTURE LINEN RENTALS. Our deisgner and basic linens do not have any security deposit.
* The Leasee is responsible for the linen colors, sizes and embellishments ordered. Divine Luxury Designs is not responsible for any size or color miscalculations.
*The leasee is responsible for inspecting all leased items upon arrival and report any discrepancies to Divine Luxury no later than 10 hours after receiving the items.
*The Leasee is responsible for all leased items. If any damage occurs to any of the leased items, Leasee is responsible for paying the cost of repair, restoration and cleaning or replacement. Replacement cost is 3 times the rental cost.
*The leasee is responsible for the prompt return of all leased items within 2 days after the event, using the enclosed FEDEX return label. Leasee agrees to drop off the packaged rentals at any FEDEX / Kinko's staffed location.
*Failure to return all items within the alotted time period will result in my credit card charged for another week's rental on all items. Recurring charges will occur per week of failure to return items up to 30 days. After 30 days, the full purchase amount of the items leased will be charged to my credit card.
*The leasee agrees that in case he was not able to use some or all of the linens delivered, the credit card will still be charged for the full amount plus shipping.
*The leasee can still make changes to the order within the ORDER REVISION period, which is 10 days after the order . After the ORDER REVISION period passes, any changes made will be invoiced separately. The original order will not be refunded but can be credited towards the new order. New Orders less than the deposit amount will not be allowed.
*The ORDER REVISION period does not apply if event is 2 weeks away from the original order. However, Leasee can still make last minute changes as long as the order hasnt shipped. The deposit will not be refunded, only credited towards the new order. New Orders less than the deposit amount are not allowed.
*No refunds, cancellations, or changes allowed on orders that are next day air, 2nd and 3rd day air, or any orders that have already been shipped.
*Leasee agrees that his credit card will be charged for the full amount of ordered rentals after check out. No returns, refunds or changes allowed once order has shipped.
*If professional delivery was requested, changes can be made 2 days prior to the event, changes must be equal or more than invoice
