PURCHASING INFORMATION:

GENERAL GUIDELINES:

*Due to the nature of our business, we do not accept returns, only exchanges for items of equal or higher value or credit for future purchases.
* The Buyer is responsible for the linen colors, sizes and embellishments ordered. Divine Luxury Designs is not responsible for any size or color miscalculations
*The Buyer is responsible for inspecting all items upon arrival and report any discrepancies to Divine Luxury no later than 24 hours after receiving the items.
*We do not do refunds on any items that have already been shipped.
*No Refunds, cancellations, or changes allowed on orders  that are next day air, 2nd and 3rd day air, or any orders that have already been shipped.

WHOLESALE:

We sell wholesale to the trade. All of our linen fabrics can be bought by the yard or finished. Wholesale purchases must be accompanied by a business license and a seller's permit photo emailed prior to ordering. Once your information has been verified, wholesale rates will be emailed to you. There is a minimum purchase of $200.00 for wholesale.

Info On DESIGNER "23" Embroidered Fabrics:

1. Fabric Yardages 7 - 10 Yards roll, since these are heavily embroidered fabrics these can only be made in increments of 7-10 yards
2. You may have to option of selecting the cut lengths for fabrics when ordering, say for example,
   1. 32" width 2 rolls x 5yards each = 10 Yards
   2. 32" width 5 Rolls x 7 yards each = 35 Yards
      • totals 45 yards in 7 rolls of 32" width.....
3. This  helps in minimisng the wastage of costly fabrics

DIRECT IMPORT BULK PURCHASES:

If you require a large quantity of yardage or finished products, you may qualify for our BULK PRICING. Our DIRECT IMPORT BULK PRICING is a complete Landed Cost net price to you. (all overseas shipping, customs, duties, tariffs and business delivery included). You will need to send us your business license and seller's permit photos via email prior to ordering. Once your information is verified, BULK DIRECT IMPORT PRICES will be sent to you. Please note, there is a minimum $10,000 purchase requirement for DIRECT IMPORT.
